Organic Tax Credit (Form 12657)

Cerfa 12657 (2079-BIO-SD)

This form is used to determine the amount of the organic tax credit.

It must be deposited with the companies tax office with balance sheet No. 2572-SD for companies subject to business tax or with the income statement for other companies. If the form is attached to tax return No. 2042, it is deposited with the personal income tax office.
