Application for certification for continuing vocational training activities (Form 10219*21)

Bodies governed by private law, whether natural or legal persons, which carry out continuing vocational training may be exempt from VAT in respect of such operations.

They must obtain a certificate from the administrative authority in order to carry out this activity.

The first 3 copies should be sent by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the Regional Directorate for companies, Competition, Consumer Affairs, Labor and Employment (DIRECCTE). The 4the  This copy shall be kept by the training organization.
