Declaration or Application for Approval Personal Services (SAP) - Nova Teleprocedure (Online Service)

The Nova tele-procedure is dedicated to Personal Services Organizations (SAP).

To access the online service, you must create an account. The identifiers will then be necessary for all the steps and the monitoring of the activities of the SAP organization.

It provides access to services following:

  • Registration of the declaration
  • Application for approval
  • Mandatory monitoring of quarterly and annual statistics
  • Consultation of the organization's dashboard (mandatory monitoring of the activity)
  • Adherence to the quality charter
  • Registration in the directory of personal services organizations
