Family Tax Credit (Form 12444)

Cerfa 12444 (2069-FA-SD)

This form is used to determine the family tax credit for companies who make payments to their employees with dependent children.

It must be deposited with the company Tax Department (SIE) or the Large Companies Directorate (GIP) with the balance sheet No. 2572-SD for companies subject to business tax or with the income statement for companies subject to income tax.

      The GIP is the single tax interlocutor for businesses whose turnover or total gross assets are at least EUR 400 million.
