National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Safety (ANSES)
Allows manufacturers, importers and distributors of more than 100 g of nanoparticulate substances (nanoparticles, nanomaterials or nanotechnologies) to make mandatory reporting of quantities produced, imported or distributed. This annual declaration must be made to the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Safety (ANSES) before 1 May each year.
