Activity reporting is done electronically on the Simplified Teleprocedures (TPS) website via the following links:

The online activity declaration must be sent to the departmental director of the territories and the sea of 1er port affected by the ship or, failing that, with the departmental director for the territories and the sea closest to the activity carried out (section “DDTM instructor” of the online form)

Warning  

(*) seamen arming ships under the flag of France, operating in their own name and without a SIRET number, must continue to send their declaration(s) of activity via the form below (cerfa n°15223*01), by electronic means, to the competent DDTM.
