Online declaration of a facility classified for environmental protection (ICPE)

The dematerialized procedure allows you to perform online the following declarations for the ICPE subject to declaration:
- Initial declaration
- Change declaration (only for changes) notable)
- Declaration of the benefit of acquired rights
- Declaration of cessation of activity
- Declaration of change of operator.
Declarations (significant changes, grandfathering, change of operator) provided for in the ICPE subject to registration and to authorization must be made with the prefecture.
