Online application for clearance authorization (Online service)

Any voluntary operation resulting in the destruction of the wooded condition of land and terminating its forest use shall be considered as land clearing and shall require prior authorization, unless it is the indirect consequence of company operations under a public utility easement (e.g. energy supply).

The filing of the application shall not be equivalent to authorization.

Replaces Cerfa No. 13262*01, which is no longer in force.

If he wishes, the owner of the land to be cleared (or his agent) may apply for authorization by

registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt or electronically using the form cerfa n°13632*07. The request shall then be forwarded:

• the departmental territorial directorate (DDT or DDTM) of the department in which the land is located,
• overseas, to the Directorate for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (DAAF).
