On-line application for authorization for the production and placing on the market of raw milk (On-line service)

Concerns the production of raw milk produced by bovine animals (cows or buffaloes), small ruminants (goats or sheep) and domestic solipeds (mares or donkeys), and returned to the final consumer, not intended for processing

The activity of producing and placing on the market raw milk delivered as it is to the consumer by the producer is subject to authorization by the prefect or his representative, granted after it has been established by the departments responsible for health checks that the regulatory health requirements have been complied with.

The authorization shall be granted without any limitation as to duration, quantity delivered to the consumer and distance to the market in relation to the establishment producing raw milk.
