Vaping Products Marketing Notification (Online Service)

Manufacturers and importers must, 6 months before placing on the market, submit a marketing notification dossier by brand and by product type to the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety (ANSES).
This dossier shall contain information on the persons responsible for placing the product on the market, the composition, the emissions, the toxicological data of the ingredients and the emissions, the components and the manufacturing process of the product.
A new notification shall be submitted for each substantial change to the product.
The notification of placing on the market shall give rise to the collection by Anses of €295 by product included in any notification or substantial change of notification.
Payment must be made before 31 December of the marketing year.
The proof of payment must be attached to the notification file.
