The 1-year situation report, provided for in the Ad'AP mechanism, is presented in the form of an online questionnaire. At the end of this questionnaire, you will be asked to validate and print your answers. The paper document will consist of the elements you have filled in. You will have to date and sign it before sending it, accompanied by the necessary attachments, to the DDT(M) or to the service of the Paris police department, in charge of the follow-up of your Ad'AP.
