Certificate of accessibility of an establishment receiving category 1 to 4 visitors

Any accessible ERP must report to the administration and send an accessibility certificate. LES owned by categories 1 to 4 must provide a document establishing the conformity of the establishment, carried out by an authorized professional (inspection office or architect). This form must contain such a document as an attachment in order to be admissible.
