Certificate of tax residence for professionals

Form to certify residence in France of the beneficiary to foreign tax administrations. This form is available in two versions (French-English version and French-Spanish version). You must complete online all information contained in in gray frames of the document, including in the last part of the printed “Declaration of the French tax administration”.
