Request for Report of Ex Officio Cancelation - Legal Person (M2) (Form 11682*07)

This form allows you to submit an application for " report of compulsory cancelation at the Registry of the Commercial Court.

This M2 form must be completed by indicating in the "comments" section the request for a de-listing report and its date.

The following documents must be attached to the file:

  • Copy of the proof of the company’s registered office by any means and in validity (after the date of the notice of compulsory cancelation), if the business has not changed its registered office in relation to that declared to the SCN. Otherwise, the formality of transfer of registered office should also be applied.
  • Original power of the legal representative if he has not signed the M2 form himself.
