You must complete a formality relating to an ex officio cancelation report of a business or an association registered in the RCS (Trade and businesses Register). The one-stop-shop for company formalities will soon enable you to complete your formality online.

In order to inform the administration, you must fill in this form M2.

File it or send it accompanied by the necessary supporting documents and payment of the costs to the registry of the commercial court or the commercial court (or the commercial chamber of the judicial court for Alsace-Moselle) in whose jurisdiction the address of the seat of the association is located. This is the body competent to deal with it. This formality is not accessible on the infograft.fr website.
