The cost of creating a company differs depending on the type of company and the nature of the activity. Costs for the mandatory procedures on the company formalities window (registration, legal announcements, drafting of statutes in particular) are to be taken into account. These costs are complemented by additional fees (e.g. trademark filing, signing of a commercial lease).

Individual business commercial (independent trader)

Registration costs €25.34.

Individual business artisanale (self-employed artisan)

Registration in the trade register (RM) costs €45.

A pre-installation course, which is optional, costs €194.
