What happens after the application for registration?
Once your complete folder has been sent, you will receive CFE: titleContent a company Creation File Receipt (DCER) with Pending Registration
This receipt is important because it will allow you to make all necessary representations to public and private organisations. For example, you can subscribe to compulsory and supplementary insurance for the company, or to a pension fund.
The receipt is valid until you receive a notification from the CFE confirming the registration of your company. The maximum validity period of the receipt is 1 month.
Once you have registered, you will receive a document containing your SIREN number.
If your file is incomplete, you will receive a receipt from the CFE on which you depend that will indicate the missing items to send. You will have a time limit of 15 business days from receipt of receipt to send these items.
