Certification of Completion of Work for an ERP under an Ad'AP (Form)

Form of attestation of completion of works and/or accessibility actions for ERPs complying with the regulations accessibility after completion of works and/or accessibility actions provided for in an Ad'AP.

Any ERP that has completed its accessibility in a RAP must be reported to the authority that approved the RAP and send a work completion attestation establishing compliance for each ERP made accessible. This can be done by the manager, or the owner for an ERP of 5e category, but must be accompanied by supporting documents.
