Parity

If your company has at least 50 employees, you calculated and published your gender index for 2021 on 1er March 2022. If your company's score is less than 85 points, you will be required to publish progress targets and, if necessary, corrective and salary catch-up measures before 1er September 2022.

Equality Index: You have until September 1, 2022, to set progress targets

In addition, if your company employs fewer than 1,000 employees for the third year in a row, you have up to 1er September 2022 to publicize possible gender gaps in the company’s senior management and senior management.

At 1er in september 2022, the first modulation of the bonus-malus for companies of 11 or more employees in sectors with an average separation ratio above 150 % will apply. This is calculated on the basis of the end of the contract or temporary assignment recorded between 1er July 2021 and June 30, 2022. The unemployment insurance contribution rate you pay (currently 4.05%) can therefore be adjusted upwards or downwards.

Measures for purchasing power

The Law of 16 August 2022 on emergency measures for the protection of purchasing power and the Amending Budget Law (LFR) for 2022 include anti-inflation measures such as the value-sharing premium which replaces the exceptional purchasing power premium known as the ‘Prime Macron’ or ‘PEPA’; the repurchase of RTT days by the company; the fuel price rebate which is extended until 31 December 2022, in two phases: it increases to 30 euro cents per liter from 1 September 202 22, then 10 euro cents per liter from 1 November 2022 and the abolition of the TV license fee.

Partial activity for vulnerable employees

The partial activity scheme for vulnerable employees at proven risk of developing a severe form of COVID-19 infection set up during the pandemic, which was due to end on 31 July 2022, is extended, until 31 January 2023 at the latest. A decree published in the Official Journal of 31 August 2022 determines the rate of the partial activity allowance paid to employees in respect of non-working hours from 1 September 2022. It also sets the rate of the partial activity allowance paid to the employer.

Prevention of risks in company
