Characteristics of your status as a craftsman

As a craftsman, you are self-employed.

You must to rent a license with a specialist company in the rental of taxi licenses.

You sign a management leasing agreement with the company.

The minimum contract duration is 1 year.

How much does the training cost?

It can cost between €400 and €3,000 about. Its price varies depending on the training center and the number of hours.

Purchased

You can buy your license from a taxi that sells his.

The price is set by the seller.

National Framework Convention

  • Notify the refusal of a passenger to carry out a shared transport operation on his invoice or proof of carriage
  • In case of refusal of shared transport by the patient, ask him for direct payment of the course.

The National Framework Convention was adopted on 13 May 2025 by the Primary Health Insurance Fund (CPAM). Vehicle Characteristics
