When installing your company, you must make yourself known to La Poste, subscribe to an electricity subscription or a telephone and Internet subscription. We explain the steps to be taken.

You must make yourself known at La Poste receive documents related to the creation process (registration, deposit of share capital, etc.).

You may be a manager of your company or a person may have been mandated to carry out the process.

You must show up at the Post Office closest to your company's headquarters .

You must have with you the legal documents concerning your company. In particular:

  • Certificate of deposit of share capital
  • Statuses
  • Request for publication in a medium authorised to receive legal announcements

You must also provide the business manager's ID.

When settling on your premises, you must subscribe to an electricity provider.

It is important to think about your needs based on the material you will have before signing your contract.

Indeed, your needs will be different if you only have a few desks with computers to settle or cold rooms to keep perishable food.

To subscribe, you can contact online or by phone the supplier offering a contract you are interested in.

You must provide the following information:

  • Your address (head)
  • Your counter number (when you have one)
  • RIB: titleContent your business account
  • Last outgoing tenant counter reading if you have it

This will then be the supplier with whom you have signed a contract to request the opening of your electric metre.

However, if you do not have a connection to an electricity network, it will be up to you to Enedis:

The amount of the connection depends on the nature of the installation and response time.

Prices vary between €14 and €147.

Depending on your needs, you will have to subscribe to the Internet and telephone.

According the size of your company, you will have to subscribe

  • a classic subscription (for individuals)
  • or a subscription more adapted to the business of a few employees to several hundred.

It is important to look at the offers made by the different operators before making your choice.
