The company incubator is a full-scale test of your project.

The incubator is speaking to you only if you are in one of the following situations:

• You are job seeker who has been compensated
• You're getting a social minima (RSA, SSA, etc.)
• You are part-time employee

Your project must be at idea stage.

The incubator will allows you to :

• Build your project (market study, business plan, etc.)
• Test your idea at full scale: loan of a legal existence, actual billing, etc.
• Test your capacity to be head of company (real life situation)
• Access professional networks
• Be trained by experts

By integrating an incubator, you must sign one Cape contract.

You're committing follow a company creation, recovery or management program.

The incubator lends you a legal existence and one unique identification number (Siren) (temporary).

You can thus sell and bill your services or goods to customers.

This is a support over a period of 1 to 3 years maximum.

You test your business by cost-saving following:

• TEC (territorial economic contribution)
• Accountant
• Business bank account
• Professional indemnity insurance

You benefit from a social protection according to your status (employee, jobseeker or beneficiary of the RSA: titleContent). These are sickness benefits, unemployment insurance and pensions.

You must build a application dossier that presents your project.

It is analyzed by those responsible for the incubation structure.

You must defend and argue your project in maintenance.

As a result of this process, your file is selected or not.

The incubator takes a share on your turnover, on average of 10%.

Your turnover is paid directly into the incubator's bank account.
